  Purpose: preparing your visa or travel documents and contacting you about the case. Items: name, contact details, travel plans, the information you enter and the documents you upload. Current retention policy: identity documents and case details are deleted 90 days after the case is closed; unfinished drafts and enquiries after 180 days; limited accounting records may be kept for up to 5 years for accounting or dispute needs. See the Privacy Policy for exceptions and deletion requests.

  Recipients: the embassy, consulate or immigration authority of your destination; licensed submission agents where an application must be filed through one; and, for booked travel services, the airline, hotel, insurer or tour operator. Each receives only the items its task requires.

• I agree to the transfer of my information to service providers abroad. (required)

  Service providers may process information in other countries, including providers for hosting, database and file storage, e-mail delivery, and optional text assistance. We apply technical and contractual safeguards described in the Privacy Policy. Text assistance uses automated redaction, but no automated redaction can guarantee that every sensitive detail is removed; do not paste identifiers unless the form asks for them. Retention follows the periods above.
