Vitamin Travel operates VisaAI Korea, an online service that helps Korea residents prepare visa documents and arrange travel support.
What happens after you request a service
We review the details you provide, show the scope and price before payment, and tell you what happens next. For a visa package, we prepare the documents listed for your destination. For a flight or tour, we first send an exact quotation for you to review.
Your part of the process
Please give us complete, accurate information and check the draft documents before they are submitted or released. If something changes, tell us promptly so we can update the request.
Visa decisions
An embassy, consulate or immigration authority makes the visa decision. We prepare and check the documents; we cannot promise an approval or replace the authority’s own review.
Prices, payment and refunds
Before you pay, the VisaAI service fee and any embassy, insurance, ticket or booking cost are shown separately in Korean won. Payment is completed on our bank partner’s secure page. Refund timing and eligibility are explained in the Refund Policy.
Quotes, availability and confirmation
A flight or tour request is a request for a quotation, not a confirmed booking. Prices and availability can move until you accept our written offer and the supplier issues the ticket or reservation. We will tell you when a booking is confirmed.
Questions and support
Send us your name and order or application reference. We aim to acknowledge service concerns within 5 business days and will explain the next practical step.
