What we sell
Visa document preparation and travel support for foreigners living in Korea: Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Vietnam and Spain tourist-visa document packages, C-3-1 invitation documents, and air-ticket, hotel and tour bookings on request. Every price is itemised — VisaAI service, embassy fee, insurance and tickets are always shown separately.
How you pay
Cards are charged in Korean won on our bank partner's secure hosted page. VisaAI never sees, stores or transmits your card number, CVV or card password; we keep only the bank's transaction reference and the last four digits it reports back. Statements show the charge under the legal name above.
Delivery
Documents are available in the client’s authenticated dashboard. Email notifications link to the dashboard; sensitive documents are not attached. A visa-document package is normally prepared within 1–3 business days of a complete application; travel bookings are confirmed in writing after payment.
Refunds
A full refund is available until our team starts work. After the visa decision the VisaAI service fee and any embassy fee already paid are non-refundable. Tickets, hotels and tours follow the supplier's rules once issued. Approved refunds go back to the original card only.
