- Appointment confirmation
- Recent photo 3.5 × 4.5 cm
- Bank balance certificate (recommended min 5,000,000 KRW)
- Student/work document (by Korean visa status)
- Round-trip air ticket reservation
- Hotel booking reservation
- Form V39A / Letter of Introduction (may be required by nationality/case)
